The Name Game
In the stone industry, names can be tricky. When a quarry runs out, miners open a nearby pit and call it "New [Name]".
- Original: Usually deeper color, better consistency. E.g., The original Kashmir White is closed.
- New: Might be lighter or have more variation. E.g., New Viscon White often has bolder veins than the classic version.
