The Sun Bleach Effect

Black Limestone (Kadappa) is famous for turning steel-grey after 1-2 years of direct sun exposure. This is a natural chemical reaction where UV rays bleach the organic carbon in the stone. Some people love the aged, antique look; others hate it.

Restoration: The Magic Liquid

If you want the deep black back, you don't need to replace the patio. Use a specialized Limestone Restorer fluid. Unlike paint, this is a penetrating dye/sealer combo. It soaks into the stone and permanently darkens it back to a charcoal black. It typically lasts 3-5 years before needing a top-up. It's a simple DIY job with a roller.
