The 20-Year Horizon

Vitrified Tiles: Factory-made, zero porosity, consistent. Easy to lay.
The Catch: If a tile chips, you have to replace it. After 10 years, the design looks dated, and grout lines turn black.

Indian Marble

Natural stones like Indian Statuario or Morwad.
The Advantage: It can be re-polished. Every 5-7 years, you can grind the top layer to remove scratches and stains, making the floor look brand new. A marble floor can last 100 years. It also keeps the house cooler in summer. Marble adds resale value; tiles do not.
