Foolproof Combinations
Choosing the stone is hard. Matching it to cabinets is harder. Here is our cheat sheet:
- White Cabinets: Go bold. Black Galaxy, Steel Grey, or Fantasy Brown. The high contrast looks expensive.
- Oak/Honey Wood: Go warm or neutral. Colonial White, Ivory Gold, or Giallo. Avoid grey stones, which can clash with the yellow wood tones.
- Navy/Dark Cabinets: Go bright. Alaska White or River White creates a crisp, nautical look.
- Grey Cabinets: Go monochromatic with a white marble or a textured black granite.
