A Stone that Glows

Onyx is unique because it is translucent. When you place an LED light sheet behind a slab of Onyx Green, the stone comes alive. The veins turn into dark silhouettes against a glowing, vibrant background.

Installation Advice

This is a high-skill installation. You must use:

• Cool-running LEDs: To prevent heat buildup behind the stone.
• Diffuser Sheets: To ensure the light is even and you don't see individual LED dots.
• Accessible Panels: The stone must be removable in case an LED strip fails.
