The Poultice Method

If a stain has soaked *into* the stone, wiping won't help. You need a Poultice—a paste made of an absorbent powder (like baking soda) and a chemical solvent (like acetone for oil or hydrogen peroxide for organic stains).

Spread the paste thick, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 24-48 hours. As the paste dries, it pulls the stain out of the stone pores like a vacuum. It works wonders on light stones like Platinum White.
