Let the Building Breathe

Traditional 'Wet Cladding' (sticking stone with cement) is dangerous for high-rises; stones can detach after decades. The modern standard is the Ventilated Facade (Dry Cladding).

How It Works

Granite slabs are hung on a stainless steel frame using undercut anchors (like the Fischer system). This leaves a 2-inch air gap between the stone and the structural wall. This gap acts as a thermal buffer, keeping the building cool in summer and warm in winter, slashing AC bills.

Best Stones

We recommend hard, consistent granites like Tan Brown or Crystal Yellow. Porcelain slabs like Cementine Grey are also popular as they are lighter, reducing the load on the steel frame.
