Shot blasting is similar to sandblasting but uses small steel shots (balls) fired at high velocity. It creates a uniform, pitted texture that looks weathered and matte.

Best Uses

We often shot-blast Kandla Grey Sandstone or limestone. It turns the stone a lighter, consistent grey and provides excellent slip resistance (R11 rating). It is perfect for modern, minimalist patios where the rustic 'riven' look is too messy.
