The Developer's Dilemma

If you are building a 200-room hotel, how should you buy the stone?

Option A: Raw Slabs (2cm/3cm)

You import containers of raw slabs. Your local fabricator cuts them.
Pros: Flexibility. If a measurement changes on site, you have the stock to adjust.
Cons: High local labor cost. You pay to ship waste (the 30% of the slab you cut off and throw away).

Option B: Prefab / Cut-to-Size

We cut, polish, and edge the granite (like Black Pearl) in our Indian factory to your exact CAD drawings.
Pros: Massive cost savings. Indian labor is cheaper than US/UK labor. You pay freight only for the finished product, not waste.
Cons: Zero margin for error. If the walls aren't square, the stone won't fit. You need highly accurate site measurements before ordering.
