From Quarry to Port

We don't just sell stone; we manage the entire supply chain. Our "Zero-Breakage" packaging policy ensures your material arrives in perfect condition, whether it's going to New York or Dubai.

Block Selection

Our geologists inspect raw blocks at the quarry face. We check for cracks, color consistency, and fissures before the block is even cut.

Precision Cutting

Blocks are processed on Italian Gangsaw machines (Gaspari Menotti) to ensure uniform thickness with a tolerance of +/- 1mm.

Resin & Polishing

We use high-quality Epoxy Resin (Tenax) and automated line polishing (16-head) to achieve a mirror finish of 90+ gloss units.

Quality Control (QC)

Every single slab is inspected piece-by-piece. We check for pinholes, scratches, and edge chipping. Defective slabs are rejected instantly.

Seaworthy Packaging

Slabs are packed in strong wooden crates made of Pine/Rubber wood. Plastic sheets are placed between polished faces to prevent scratching.

Fumigation (ISPM-15)

All wooden crates undergo mandatory Methyl Bromide fumigation to meet international customs standards (USA, UK, Australia, EU).

Container Lashing

Crates are braced and lashed inside the container using wire ropes and air bags. This prevents movement during rough sea voyages.
